From time to time... playback doesn't start

Description

I've encountered this one a few times.

From time to time, playback doesn't start. You see the first video frame, paused nothing happens. You press pause then play and playback now continues properly further along than the beginning.

Attach is log output. In here I waited about 10s before pressing P twice. Playback restarted at 3 minutes
