IPTV/HLS recorder only creating 0 bytes file

Description

when starting live TV, you can see the IPTV/HLS streamer starting, a file is created but it stays with 0 bytes.

the frontend shows "partial lock" and is waiting forever

the culprit is: f077d230c3819ee1ebfd15a878aada78d7a5a224

reverting it solve the issue

In 909c54eb8adbff8e2016fbedafd04f8397ee69e3/mythtv:

It turns out that 'IsExternalChannelChangeSupported?' is really used to ask 'IsExternalChannelChangeInUse?'. Fix IPTVChanell to answer that question.
