Modified version of the default mythweb skin, to be more appropriate to UK EIT/XMLTV Users

Description
I have attached a new language file, identical to the English_GB format, except that it narrows down the categories list, as UK users of EIT and RadioTimes? XMLTV do not have seperate film genres as categories for example (instead the category is just "Film"). In conjunction with this, I've also modified the default skin by changing the MythWeb EPG genre colours, to better match up with the list of categories i've created.

Hi!
I am sorry but we cannot start having translations per provider such as this one and there is already a well-maintained GB English translation maintained by Nick Morrott (see http://www.mythtv.org/wiki/Translation).
We could add new categories which could be used for other languages as well if this is needed but not create a whole new set of categories specific to one provider like this.
If you get in touch with Nick *and if needed* make a patch which could add new categories it will be considered but we cannot accept this patch as it is.
(Please note that a patch that modifies existing English_GB files will have to come from Nick.)
