mythtv-setup does not display error when mythtv_ddp_data can not be written

Description
I made changes to my schedulesdirect lineup and when I download the channellist the changes were not seen. It tried deleted all the configs from within the setup app and still it would not see my changes. After digging around I found that the permissions/owner on the /tmp/mythtv_ddp_data file was set to root. Thus I was unable to download then new lineup. After removing this file I was able to see my changes. Either a message displaying the issue/resolution should be seen, a unique filename should be used, or a file based on the user running mythtv should be kept in the .mythtv directory.

Please upgrade to current stable version (0.27, or better, 0.27-fixes) to get the fix. (mythfilldatabase now uses generated temp file and directory names, rather than always using the same name.)
