Qt5 - MythtvSetup crashes when Attempting to Download Icons

v0.28-pre-2781-g119fb55 icon download works with qt4 but when compiled with qt5 setup crashes.

This sounds like the bug Paul H found earlier, ​https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-34498.

Try clearing the mythtv-setup cache directory which should be located at /home/tv/.mythtv/cache/mythtv-setup-tv. The same applies for other MythTV programs e.g. mythfrontend.

I confirm that clearing the cache in /home/tv/.mythtv/cache/mythtv-setup-tv fixes this.
