Description
When asked about last second changes for 0.19, tmstom said "Hold off until we've had a chance to assess things. Thanks!"
We should not follow their lead in rushing to act irrationally in a panick. 0.19 should have been released days or weeks ago and there is no point to releasing today until DataDirect? policy and mythfilldatabase behavior is resolved.

I disagree. I don't really think it's much of an issue. First, we're doing exactly what we need to be to lower their load levels. Second, they've also said they might just allow single day downloads (ie., what we do) and restrict those programs that grab in bulk often. They're exploring options, and I don't see a reason to hold up the release until they decide what they're going to do. I don't see what we'd change on our end of things, aside from changing the default # of days to download - and we'll probably be doing a point release _relatively_ soonish anyway.
