diseqc setup pane dvb-s/s2

Description

When setting up my dvb-s2 card, the diseqc configuration button was not shown. I had to save the card, exit the screen and re-enter the card setup before the diseqc configuration button was shown

This seems to be fixed in current master.

It does throw some errors in the log 'DiSEqCDevTree: No device tree for cardid 50' but you can now add a new diseqc tree to add a switch or LNB etc.
