Raspberry pi: Background shows through in letterbox or pillarbox mode

Description

When playing a video or recording using OpenMAX, if the video is a different shape from the screen, the skin background shows through in the spaces next to the picture. This is most visible on certain themes, for example the "tinted glass" theme.

Also, when the video changes resolution, the skin background also may show, revealing a "Please Wait" message or the entire skin in the middle of a show.

I am working on the fix and I will post it here soon.
