The "Use quick tuning" setting is not being remembered in mythtv-setup

Description

I have a DVB-S setup and must set "Use quick tuning" to Never for some channels to tune properly. Currently in 0.28 the drop down list of options seems to work but mythtv-setup does not remember the setting and reverts back to blank.

This problem was not present in 0.27
