Description
just recently updated to 0.19 from 0.18.1, the new DVB tuning seems to have a bug where even when the signal strength is like 80-100% it gives the message "You should have gotten a signal lock by now....." if you just leave it there it will sit there forever and never actually get a signal lock. the tuning works fine, for the same channel(s) in 0.18.1.
I saw that there were some similar sounding issues previously, but it looked like they have been resolved for a while. Im using a pchdtv hd3000 card, which before this point never had any tuning problems with.

Ok just added the backend log with -v record, channel, siparser on there, i dont have problem tuning some channels (as you'll see) but other channels never would. the one that has the biggest problem is channel 52, which it first trys to on line 707.... it gets like 51 (they are the same channel) fine but it claims to only get a partial lock on 52...

It looks like channel is missing a dtv_multiplex row. Delete all your channels on this source and rescan.
Need backend log with '-v record, channel, siparser'
