Description
MythTV Version : v0.28-80-g43fcdd9 NVIDIA-SMI 340.98 Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS HDHR Prime Separate frontend and backend
If I start live tv on a 720p channel. It starts and plays fine. If I switch to a 720p channel after live tv has been running, the video begins to stutter Also When I start livetv, on any channel, the av sync is less than 1. If I switch to a 720p channel, the av sync becomes 3 or more and the video stutters If I switch to a 1080i channel, the av sync is between 1 and 2 but I do not see a video stutter.
In any of the instances above, hitting pause clears the stutter and the av sync goes to less than 1
When the stutter is happening, the frontends logs the following.
Nov 14 21:48:19 g430 mythfrontend.real: mythfrontend[1757]: W Decoder avformatdecoder.cpp:4899 (GetFrame?) AFD: Audio 3373 ms behind video but already 220 video frames queued. AV-Sync might be broken.
