Wrong recording status returned from Dvr/GetRecorded API

Description

If a program is currently recording, the Dvr/GetRecorded??RecordId?=n API returns status 'Recorded' instead of the correct 'Recording'. API Dvr/GetRecordedList? returns correct status.

mythbackend version: fixes/0.28 [v0.28.1-38-geef6a48] www.mythtv.org
