EIT - uk fixup improvements

Description

This patch does 2 things.

Adds a check to the fixup routine that makes sure the subtitle we have picked out isn't longer than the subtitle field in the DB.

If this happens it's usually got the subtitle fixup completely wrong due to the way somebody typed in the EPG data.

The second component adds support for subtitle indicators in EIT data. Subtitled programs have [S] at the end of the description. Use this info to set the subtitled flag to true in the event.
