jobqueue logging is broken after [9028]

Description

In [9028], transcode logging no longer logs details after transcoding completes - "details" is updated, but is not submitted into the logging database, or the backend logs. This patch fixes that.

(In [9681]) Fix some JobQueue? logging which I broke in [9028].

Closes #1640 by applying patch from Robert Tsai.
