Segafault when starting mythfrontend

I'm not sure if my issue is related to Ticket # 1272 -
I'm using the following version of mythtv: Library API version: 0.19.20060121-2 Source code version: 9947 Options compiled in:
linux release using_v4l using_oss using_alsa using_ivtv using_firewire using_dbox2 using_lirc using_joystick_menu using_dvb using_dvb_eit using_x11 using_xv using_dvdnav using_xrandr using_xvmc using_frontend using_backend
-When I start the frontend with any LCD related options enabled I get a segfault and the frontend fails to start. If I delete the LCD entries from the database the application starts up... -it also appears that the LCD process seams to start without issue
I'm using a Imon LCD device as well connected via USB. I don't seam to have any problems with LCDproc using the lcd. I had previously used the gentoo ebuild with the lcd and had no issues. Because of other issues I had to switch to the CVS version of mythtv which actually works much better for me.
