Fix file path in myth.rebuilddatabase.pl when mythcommflag is called

Description

myth.rebuilddatabase.pl finds out the full path for file that is being added to the db, but gives only the filename part for mythcommflag. In some situations, mythcommflag fails because it cannot find the file. Attached patch fixes this.
