Description
If Mytharchive is configured without both "DVD creation" and "Native Archive" support, it gets stuck when going to the Export Video Files screen.
MythThemedMenuPrivate?: No buttons for menu archiveformat.xml
We probably shouldn't show the "Export Video Files" button when mytharchive is compiled without support for either export method.
Myth has never handled missing theme related stuff well, so getting stuck is no suprise and fixing it is another job entirely.

(In [11216]) Don't bother to make/install MythArchive? if all the available archive formats have been disabled. Also includes some minor alignment changes. Fixes #2376.

Why would you want to disable both "DVD creation" and "Native Archive" support. Without enabling at least one of them MythArchive? is useless.
Maybe the configure script should just disable mytharchive completely if at least one option is not enabled.
