Description
The broadcast scan for a particular HDHomeRun device ID doesn't work if the computer has multiple network interfaces and the HDHomeRun is not on the primary interface. To support this case, HDHRChannel is modified to allow a numeric IP address to be specified in place of the device ID. This is exactly how the hdhomerun_config utility deals with this situation.

(In [11662]) Fixes #2609. Allows an IP address to be used to reference an HDHomeRun device directly.
This is useful for people whose computers have more than one route defined (such as to the intranet and internet.
