mythmusic forgets to disable screensaver when visualization started by timeout

Description

When mythmusic goes into any of the visualizers via timeout (i.e. "Delay before Vsiaulizations start (seconds)" setting in the mythmusic setup), it seems to forget to disable the screensaver. Just letting it sit, dpms eventually turns off my monitor as per the preset values on my X display. If I start the visualizations manually (number '4'), this does not happen.

This happens for me on a fairly recent (updated a day ot two ago) svn version from the 0.20-fixes branch.

(In [12443]) Make sure we delete the previous visualizer before creating a new one because its dtor always enables the screensaver.
