Description
As discussed in IRC:
This patch:
- adds the column artist_sortkey to the music_artists table, initially populating it with the contents of artist_name.
- adds the 'Sort Artist' field to music-ui.xml to allow editing the contents of artist_sortkey
- makes required updates to mythmusic database schema
