Second DVB subtitle stream not visible in channel utilizing CAM

When encrypted channel contains two DVB subtitle streams, the "second" stream is not visible when watching recording. Menu shows two subtitle languages (in this case Finnish and Swedish) and Finnish ones work okay.

But when switching to Swedish no subtitles are shown. At the same time, this works from the channel that does NOT use CAM.

I've tried to change in the settings Swedish subtitles as primary ones but that doesn't help. Janne checked recording log in IRC and streams seem to be recorded okay. ProjectX also reports two subtitle streams in the recorded file.

I haven't tried any other apps and actually seen the Swedish subtitles, but those should be there and thus this feels more like playback issue. I've tried to put some debugging statements to DecoderBase? class, but haven't got really anywhere.

I'm going to need a "mythbackend -v channel,record,cam" log from recording a short segment of an encrypted channel with the two DVB Subtitles and from a FTA channel with the two DVB Subtitles. And I will also need the "mythfrontend -v playback" log from playing both. Please annotate the logs with when you try to switch streams.

Unfortunately I've ended my subscription for encrypted channels so cannot provide the logs required.
