MythMusic song info is not updated if changes are made in metadata editor

Description

If song changes in MythMusic playback while Save changes? -dialog is open (in metadata editor), when you exit back to playback screen the song info is not updated but shows the previous song information.

It doesn't seem to matter if you save your changes or not, just that this particular dialog is open. If you are only in metadata editor and exit back to playback, song info seems to be updated as it should.

(In [13387]) When returning from the metadata editor make sure the track hasn't changed before updating the current metadata and display with the new values.

Fixes #3387.
