Description
Since the broadcast "day" runs from around 5am to 5am (at least in north america), it makes more sense to have the default findtime set to 5 or 6 am than midnight. This would probably solve 90% of the issue around not being able to specify the findtime when creating/altering find daily schedules.

I have no problem with the change. I don't think it will have the full desired effect, though. IIRC, only search rules will get the new default findtime. Recording rules created by first choosing a program (in the EPG, for example) will get their findtime from that particular showing.

What about selecting through mythweb? I wish I made a note, but I think I had a lot that had midnight as a value. Maybe they were leftovers from earlier myth versions. (I've set most of mine to 6am since...)

I don't know anything about what mythweb currently supports. Instead of a partial band-aid, why not submit a patch for a complete fix. That would be to allow mythfrontend and mythweb to edit the findday and findtime in the scheduled recording dialog?
