    21The softpad branch should be folded into the trunk.  Without it, MythTV fails to catch every two-part season finale or season opener unless you check for conflicts with regularity.  This happened to me tonight on the CW.  In fact, the lack of soft padding is the primary reason I am dumping my TiVo in favor of MythTV.  I heard so much about this feature that I assumed that... I don't know... it actually WORKED in recent releases without having to install some custom branch that doesn't appear to even be kept up-to-date....
