Fix php error for mythweb and lighttpd

Description

Using 0.20-svn and lighttpd, gives errors at the bottom of page when browsing mythweb:

Fatal error: Call to a member function query() on a non-object in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/mythweb/includes/session.php on line 60

this was fixed months ago... php "bug" (they call it a feature), not a problem with lighttpd.
