Description

This patch adds configurable diseqc switch addresses, which are stored in a new column in diseqc_tree. This allows cascading of switches that do not have the same address. Database and switch config screens default to 0x10 = 16 = DISEQC_ADR_SW_ALL.

FYI, This appears to be a duplicate from an earlier ticket #3787
