Various fixes for mythwelcome

Description
Attached patches address these issues: 1) The date format was hardcoded - now the format stored in the settings DB is used. 2) Two instances of the string "to" were not marked for translation. 3) Misplaced parenthesis in the 'upcoming recording' status area. 4) You can now use -l to specify a log file, in the same manner as for mythfrontend.
BTW: There should probably be a component for mythwelcome.

(In [15261]) Mythwelcome update from bullestock. Closes #4385.

use on MythWelcome?'s settings page.

Patch for issues 1, 2 and 3
