Description
my current FFmpeg version SVN-r11549 lists under -flags switch mv4 but nuvexport (svn v0.5 and v0.4) uses -flags +4mv+trell+loop when exporting to xvid. On my system it runs without an error but i've read in some forums that some other users have to change the 4mv to mv4 in XviD.pm on line 154 to run without "died early" error.

(In [16110]) fix 4mv vs mv4 to close #4490. It's interesting that my ffmpeg says I should use mv4, but has no problem when I use 4mv. This has been around long enough that I hope hard-coding the fix won't cause too many issues for people.
