Can no longer change Upcoming Recordings options with text-based browser

In SVN/0.21's MythWeb, it is no longer possible to change the display options in Upcoming Recordings (Scheduled, Duplicates, etc.) with a text-based, non JavaScript?-compliant browser like Elinks.

This would normally be a patchless feature request and therefore verboten, except that this is a step backward from 0.20, which had a Submit button, only appearing in a text-based browser, that permitted the page to be redrawn with new options.

Another place that now lacks functionality that existed in the 0.20 and earlier versions of MythWeb is Recorded Programs, where the Delete and Delete + Rerecord buttons are no longer "pushable" at all with Elinks. (Others, like the Direct Download button, still are.)

This issue also exists in the Details page, where the Filters checkboxes also lack a Submit button; however, this isn't a regression per se, as the checkboxes are new in 0.21.

Switch to the Lite template. The default template is now javascript-only.
