Popup (category legend) flashing issue on Mythweb recorded programs page

Description

when on ​http://<hostname>/mythweb/tv/recorded page. If you mouse over the MythTV: link on the left (under the icon) it causes the category legend window popup to appear. This briefly appears but now covers the mythtv: link which causes the window to disappear. This then allows the link to appear again causing the windows to appear and so on.

This is with firefox 2.0.0.11

looking a bit more into it, this page seems to have a style set for the Div 'category_legend_popup' of 'z-index: 109; display: none; left: 9px; top: 3px; visibility: hidden;' while other pages seem not to have this which could be the issue.
