Steps to reproduce,

  1. Create a new Capture Card
  2. Edit settings for Signal/Tuning? timeout
  3. Finish and save those changes
  4. Edit this card
  5. Note saved timeout settings
  6. Click on "Recording Options"
  7. In new window, click "Finish"

(returns to editing selected capture card)

  1. See that timeout options have returned to default

(In [17574]) Fixes #4911. Makes sure <<Recording Options>> button does not cause the loss of settings in the main panel for DVB config.
