Description

Hello, i make a grabber for spanish user, this connect to alpacine website to get information.

This website send me a email authorized to do it.

Fixed code because utf8 encoding don't work and generate garbage. All encoding on utf8 and plot use ISO-8859-1.

(In [21223]) Fixes #4929. Adds Alpacine grabber for Spanish users. Ticket contains site's authorization. Tested against 'Abre los Ojos'. Slight perl fixes by me, for which I take full responsibility for breakage.
