I can't get mythweb to work no matter how I change the htaccess, mysql, or any other password and user name info.

Here is what I get in my browser no matter what machine I try to run mythweb from:

Fatal Error at /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/includes/mythbackend.php, line 39: Unable to connect to mythbackend, is it running?

You need to upgrade your backend. You are trying to mix incompatible versions of mythweb and mythbackend.
