Remove recording profiles for DVB and V4L HDTV cards

Description

It is not obvious for users with digital tv cards that they don't have to use recording profiles. The best solution would be to completely remove recording profiles for this kind of tv cards.

This is not completely true. Each recording profile has a boolean option "Enable Auto-Transcode for this Recording Profile" that applies to both analog and digital cards. It is especially useful for digital cards because they don't have real-time encoding for people who desire disk savings. But yes, everything in the subsequent screens are unnecessary (unused) for digital cards (AFAIK).

(In [7693]) Closes #497.

It doesn't entirely get rid of recording profiles for DTV recorders. Instead it removes all the configuration options but the one that does apply, "Enable auto-transcode after recording".

This should make setting up an DTV recorder a little less confusing.
