The previous version had the user select Recordings/Vidoes or Files for burning to DVD. The files appeared on a list with checkboxes to include in the current archive. When attempting to use mytharchive for the first time on 0.21.0 gutsy, I had 57 files in the list to burn to DVD and no way to delete them. (no check boxes to select/deselect). My solution exit and choose Native archive. I aborted the archive after all 57 files were processed with info.xml files. List was clean for both Create DVD and Create Native Archive. Detail: When I went to create a DVD I had a list of 57 videos ready to burn and could not delete any of them. This was a carry over from the old Myth Archive list. In the previous version , you would select Optical Disks, Archive Files, Create DVD, then have two options, ~>Find Files to Archive or Archive Video Files. You would select Find Files and then chose from one or more of: Find Recordings, Find Video Files, Find Files. I would then go to Find Recordings and use a check box to include all that I wanted or might want to archive(this is the list that gets carried over to the new Myth). You then had to back out of the menu(clunky part) to here~> Archive Video Files. At the next screen you could check or uncheck the ones you wanted to burn and proceed. PROBLEM: The new Myth Archive does not use check boxes here and you can't delete the files selected. I did not select them, they were already there from my selection on the old system. I then selected Create Native Archive. It lets you archive any number of recordings. It went through all 57 items, created a directory and info.xml for each. I aborted the actual archiving. Then went back to check the logs. It reported some errors re: not finding files (long since deleted) and success with others. I went back to Create DVD and the files were all gone. I went to Create Native Archive and they were all gone. The new Myth should include an option to cleanup from the the previous version unless this is just a gutsy backport problem.
