Description

The XMLParse ctor does not initialize any member vars. It should so we know what they are.

Xmlparse and uitypes are deprecated and assuming everything goes as scheduled they will be removed before 0.22 is released. If someone wants to take a couple of minutes to commit the patches then let me know, otherwise I'll close the tickets.
