New grabberscript to use mythmovies in germany

This script scans www.kino.de for movies in cinemas in the selected city. So with this script it's possible to use mythmovies in germany.

To give the grabberscripts a useable structure under mythmovies, there should be a new directory 'scripts' under the mythmovies dir, where all grabberscripts lay in. The tar.bz2-file included this structure and the grabberscript for kino.de.

We need to check that using this script does not violate the Terms and Conditions of the website.

It actually does, from the T&C's of the website: "Es ist strikt untersagt, das Material zu verkaufen, zu verändern, zu reproduzieren, zu veröffentlichen, öffentlich vorzuführen, zu verteilen oder das Material in jeglicher Art und Weise für private oder kommerzielle Zwecke ohne eine schriftliche Genehmigung der Betreiber zu nutzen."

which is in english something as

"You are not allowed to sell, to change, to reproduce, to publish, to distribute or in any way use the material for private or commercial usage without a written permission from the operators".

Christian (cg@..) was kind enough enough to contact kino.de to obtain written permission. They told him that they can't allow this kind of usage.

Unfortunately, I will have to close this ticket. Please reopen if you've convinced kino.de to change their mind.
