move sort-types in mythgame from root menu to "all games" and "favourites"

Description

this is a suggestion. I propose you move the sorting possiblities out from the root menu of mythgame (where you have: "all games" favourites and "by genre" etc.)

this would help on larger collections to load fast and allow to sort on only favourites for example.

I also suggest turning on/off sort by [insert criteria here] from the configuration. add like 'sort by genre [YES/NO]' for genre, year, name, system etc.

I've moved the Favourites up to the top so you can go to the favourites list without having to pull in all of the categories. The data for any of the different branches of the tree are only

populated as needed so now you can go right to your favourites without loading the rest of the data.

Move the Favourites branch to the top of the Game Tree. Avoids

loading unneeded meta data if the user just wants to play a favourite.
