Description

For a second time, the MySQL mirror is no longer avaliable. Been like that for a day or two. Attached is a diff against 19635 for the osx-packager.pl to link yet again to another mirror. I try and delete my .osx-packager folder at least every few weeks to verify that the URLs and all are still up to date. That is how I am finding these...

The time has come to bring the OSX port kicking and screaming into the modern age. I've been testing the OSX frontend against mysql 5.0 and it appears to run fine.

I'll update the URL, but it'll be updated to one that uses mysql 5.0.

Mysql 5.0 will be used to be consistent with what most people have on their backend, as most distro's haven't yet moved to mysql 5.1 which is the new current mysql.

(In [19741]) Closes #6109. MySQL-5.0 for OSX build. Everything else is using 5.0 and it has been the minimum required version for the backend for a while now.
