Teletext goes from changing page to change channel

Description
The following behaviour is seen when browsing teletext during LiveTV.
As soon as LiveTV changes from one show to another the up/down key stops changing teletext page. Instead the up/down key changes channel. You don´t notice anything strange until you press a key. The teletext menu is still present after the change of tv show. By pressing the up/down key the teletext menu dissappears and the channel browser pops up instead.

Please let us know if you are able to reproduce with a more recent version, e.g. 0.22-fixes or 0.23 RC2

It seems that this happens when the aspect ratio changes.
