failure to populate DVB-T channels

Reported by: Keith Blow Owned by: danielk
Priority: major Milestone: unknown
Component: MythTV - Channel Scanner Version: 0.21
Severity: medium Keywords: channels missing
Cc: Ticket locked: no

Using dvbscan, all multiplexes on the UK Sudbury transmitter are identified. MythTV only picks up two of them and they are not the strongest pair of signals.

I checked out the list of transports used and they are not (all) identical to the ones listed in the uk-Sudbury file in dvb-apps.

does problem this still exist with the scanner in trunk? If so please attach a "mythtv-setup -v channelscan, channel, siparser" log of the full scan, and explain which transmitters should be selected and why.

What do you mean by "trunk"? I'm using the latest version in testing which I thought was what one was supposed to do when a bug is found? By the way, should I have had an email when you requested the extra information?
