mythtv-setup allows two conflicting freq tables

Description

I am able to choose at 1. general >Locale settings > Channel frequency table: europe-west then at 4. Input connections > Starting channel S21 I ten go back to 1. General > Locale settings > Channel frequency table: try - all all other freq tables are set to default. I now run mythbackend, see no error in logs, and when I run the frontend in liveTv the backend log reads:

TVRec(1) Error: Failed to set channel to S21. Reverting to kState_None

I expect mythTv-setup to tell me I can't start with a channel that is not in my frequency table
