On Screen Display Does Not Update When Using Optional Padding

Description
I have a 3 minute start padding and 7 minute end padding both set using the optional padding setup (i.e. the type of padding which is a global setting and is only added if the schedule allows it).
If you start playing a recording near the beginning whilst it is still recording the On Screen Display does not display the correctly programme length. The timer counts down to 00:00:00 and continues playing.
The On Screen Display showed a programme length of 58 minutes but the programme was scheduled to be 60 minutes long had started 3 minutes early and the 7 end minutes would/was have been added.
The On Screen Display does correct itself (but I do not know at what point) since if I exit the programme and restart the On Screen Display then displays the correct program length.
Using 0.21 fixes.
Closing due to out of date nature of the ticket, recent fixes to posmap code, and pending new OSD branch merge. If this persists in trunk post-merge, please re-open.
