Description
When entering text (from a keyboard) into a line edit control, pressing a key which has jump point binding causes that jump point to activate.
Actual scenerio:
"C" is bound to "Live TV" jump point. On one of the setup screens in mythfrontend, I was trying to enter the host name, when I pressed "C", Live TV started.
This is repeatable on v0.18.2

Disable Jump Points inside Myth Line Edit widgets. Fixes #657.
I would not normally roll these two far-unrelated changes together in one commit, but they both require a "make clean" since libmyth's binary version had to change (again), so I'm rolling them in together in one commit.
NOTE: For those of you who didn't read the last paragraph, "make clean".
