Description

On the mythvideo video metadata screen, when trying to enter a category name, then enter key was previously configured to accept the text entered. With the new virtual keyboard line edit widget, enter is now bound to popup the virtual keyboard. The net affect of this is you can not enter text into the category field on the video metadata screen.

This is repeatable on v.0.18.2

(In [7920]) Fix #658. Use the text entry dialog in mythdialogs.cpp to enter the category which works fine with the popup keyboard.
