Update restore script partial-restore-with-plugin-data blacklist to include new tables

Description

The attached patch simply adds new tables that have been created since the mythconverg_restore.pl script to the blacklist of tables to ignore for a partial restore with plugin data.

The patch should be applied before the next release, but can wait until just before release since few users are likely to be affected by the change. If additional tables are added to the schema, I'll update the patch.

(In [21351]) Updates the --with_plugin_data table-name blacklist with 3 tables that were recently added to the schema.
