Description

Tested using DVB-T and DVB-S in the UK on trunk revision 21521.

Enabling mute on a channel disables audio as expected. However, changing to another channel re-enables audio, which is not expected.

When changing sources (I have DVB-T and DVB-S):

Initial change to other source preserves mute, changing back to the original source reenables audio.

Tested with dvb-s -> dvb-t -> dvb-s and dvb-t -> dvb-s -> dvb-t

(In [21946]) Ensure muted audio is preserved across channel and card changes and that the behaviour is consistent in all cases. Closes #6916.
