Terra is missing recording_options window

Description

Since r21356 (removal of ui.xml) Terra is missing the recording_options window. This implies not being able to schedule recordings. Graphite does not have this problem (as well as blue, G.A.N.T blootube, and others), though.

(In [21532]) Re-add ui.xml for Terra with those windows still not ported to mythui. I thought the default theme had it's own copy of ui.xml, it doesn't. Closes #6921
