Going into Utilities-Setup -> Music Tools -> Import Files will segfault.

(In [21592]) Don't crash if MythMusic's Import Music screen is missing some theme elements and write to the log which elements are missing. Fixes #6944.

NOTE: Looks like some themes still have the old screens in their UI files which are being loaded in preference to the new ones in default. Either the old screens need removing or updating to the new format.
