MythMusic crashes on windows

Description

When trying to play music through MythMusic's on windows Mythfrontend crashes when trying to play music through Media Libary > Listen to Music:

I don't think this is going to get sorted this side of 0.22. Disabling the visualisers may prevent the abort() although I doubt it. The problem will get fixed when mythmusic is ported to mythui for 0.23.

Nigel, feel free to take a look and see if you disagree, I don't have a windows machine so this isn't a high priority for me.

I'm still trying to build Music plugin on Win32, but my guess is the play thread rather than the visualiser

I am still unable to build a working mythmusic plugin (libcdaudio library seems bad - it needs some extra Unix functions), but the packager still has --disable-mythmusic for a good reason. It isn't fully ported.
When someone finally removes the libcdaudio dependance (for Unix and MinGW), we will be a little closer, but for now, I am stuck?
